Survive delivers vital preventative work to ensure that those children and young people in our communities, affected by Domestic Violence, have the help and support they need. Survive has the reputation of an innovative specialist charity working towards freedom from domestic abuse for children, young people and families in South Gloucestershire and Bristol. As a well-established charity we offer practical and emotional support, information and education for children and young people who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence and abuse.
If successful, the funding we receive will go directly towards running our ‘Connect with Respect’ programme – a dynamic preventative programme for schools and other settings that educates and supports children and young people to have happy, healthy relationships for life. In the last 4 years, as part of this programme, we have visited 17 schools and 2 youth groups and performed workshops for over 1615 children. This has resulted in 70.16% positive outcomes.
We can only continue doing this with your help!
